Resolved Question: what was that breaking and entering tv show called?

there use to be a show on tv that had these 2 guys they would go
around looking for a house then break in and steal everything to teach
them a lesson then would upgrade there security system and give there
stuff back then come back a wile later to make sure they are using
there security system and what not right
